National change through community leaders.

We study the past to understand the present; we work in the community to shape the future; and together, we realize the power to create national change."

Daniel Skertchly

As an educator for many years, I love learning. Each day at Incite is different and I have the privilege of speaking to community leaders across the nation, learning about their work…

offering data analysis & thought leadership.

Daniel Skertchly is the co-founder and chief corporate officer of Incite Network. His main responsibilities include ensuring the company's financial health and its administrative compliance with employment law in the varying states we hire from. Daniel also helps architect the remote, online system that has allowed Incite to grow beyond the border region into areas across the nation and internationally.

Daniel is an advisor to the CEO regarding growing and deepening partnerships, especially at the national level. He has acted as a subject matter expert in data collection, analysis, and tracking of federal grant awards involving hundreds of sub-awardees. Daniel considers El Paso his home after living in various places in Mexico, creating a unique appreciation and understanding of the borderland. Fluent in Spanish, he’s built stronger bridges for Incite clientele with sub-awardees based in Puerto Rico, legacy makers in Colorado, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Chicago, Illinois.

He often conducts sessions in Spanish with promotora bases for health access movements. His uniqueness lies in his ability to understand and appreciate Latin grassroots movements while also assessing, at the macro level, the systems they wish to change. He enjoys staying abreast of current affairs, politics, and foreign relations and seeing efforts through to completion. His talent is to focus on efficiencies, specifically cost-efficiencies.

He works best by stepping back, reviewing milestones, and ensuring we stay “purpose-driven.” It is very easy to switch lanes and lose purpose, not realizing that this has taken you down an unwanted road. His early professional roots stem from education. As a high school educator for over 14 years, he has a profound love of lifelong learning and exudes patience and appreciation when his teammates succeed. Daniel earned his Master’s in History from the University of Texas at El Paso and resides in El Paso.
